feat: Upgrade JWT library and enhance token validation

- Update JWT library from v3.2.2 to v4.5.2 for improved security and features.
- Refactor JwtClaims to use RegisteredClaims for better compliance with the latest JWT standards.
- Introduce token length and format validation in JwtValidate function to enhance security.
- Modify JwtMake function to utilize time.Duration for timeout settings, improving clarity and usability.
