Refactor assistant table structure in Xun implementation

- Enhanced the assistant table by adding new fields: 'options', 'permissions', 'readonly', and 'automated', improving the management of assistant attributes.
- Updated the fields array to reflect the new structure, ensuring all fields are recognized as required attributes.
